Pizza or Bread Peels

These hardwood peels are perfect for pizza or bread. They are handcrafted from edge-grain walnut, cherry, and padauk. At 3/8 inch thick, they are sturdy but lightweight. Handles are double-thickness and tapered for a solid grip. Front edges are shaped for easily sliding under a pizza or loaf. They are finished in a handcrafted blend of food-safe mineral oil and beeswax. They are available in 2 sizes. The 12x12 inch (plus 10 inch handle) will fit most pizza ovens. The larger surface and longer reach of the 15x15 inch (plus 17 inch handle) is perfect for larger pizza ovens. They are available in walnut/cherry/padauk or walnut/cherry. Patterns vary in each combination. Custom combinations or patterns may be available; please state preference in notes section at checkout.
